The pressure alarm system has been created to monitor inlet pressures to Thermco gas mixers. The pressure alarm is usually used with gas mixers that do not contain a gas analyzer. The system will warn users about low input pressure conditions that can create an improper mixture. The pressure alarm comes in two versions; 2 gas and 3 gas.

If the inlet pressure drops below the alarm value, the pressure switch in the Pressure Alarm System will trip, lighting the specific indicator light and sounding the horn. The horn silence button may be pushed to silence the horn. When the inlet pressure returns to normal, the alarm lights and horn will automatically reset.
